About me

I’m Ruth, ICF-certified coach, Brainspotting Practitioner, and expert in nervous system regulation.

I help people uncover what’s keeping them stuck, so they can heal from the past, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in their lives.

My approach blends Brainspotting therapy, somatic coaching, Internal Family Systems parts work, positive psychology, and hypnotherapy. I also specialise in supporting those recovering from narcissistic abuse and long-term patterns of people-pleasing or self-doubt.

Together, we gently process unresolved trauma, shift long-held patterns, and rebuild a strong sense of self-worth, safety, and trust in your own body.

We work within a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and never judged – healing for positive and lasting change.
