About me
I’m Ruth, an ICF certified trauma-informed coach and Brainspotting Practitioner.
I help you uncover what’s keeping you stuck, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence—whether that’s in your relationships, career, or your own personal growth.
Using coaching, somatic healing, positive psychology, and Brainspotting Therapy, I support you in processing past experiences and letting go of patterns that no longer serve you. This creates room for you to reconnect with who you truly are and live a life aligned with your authentic self.
Somatic coaching is central to my work, recognising the deep connection between our bodies and minds. By integrating bodily sensations and movements, we can unlock greater self-awareness and process emotions in a more embodied way. This approach allows for deeper healing on both a physical and emotional level, fostering profound personal growth.
At the heart of my approach is creating a safe, compassionate space where you are truly seen, heard, and held without judgement. I believe that when clients feel a strong, trusting connection with their coach, it allows for optimal healing and transformation.
