For a long time, I felt like I’d lost who I was. I was a people pleaser, struggling to set and maintain boundaries. I’d experienced the heartache of baby loss and found myself navigating personal challenges that chipped away at my sense of self. I really struggled with low self-esteem, and I was constantly seeking external validation.
I found myself searching for a way to feel better and move forward. I tried counselling, medication, and psychotherapy, and while they helped for a time, nothing seemed to create lasting change. Then, I discovered somatic healing and began to understand the deep mind-body connection.
I learned how unprocessed emotions and trauma stay stuck in our bodies, influencing how we show up in the world. Reconnecting with my body was transformational – through body-based practices, my nervous system became much more regulated, and I began to feel grounded, with a growing sense of inner safety and peace.
Alongside reconnecting with my body, I began to explore a deeper connection to myself – emotionally and spiritually, which helped me access a deeper sense of inner worth.
I’m a down-to-earth, trauma-informed coach with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with themselves and step into Self-leadership. My approach is multidimensional, combining body-based therapies with practical, future-focused tools to support lasting change.
In sessions, I draw on a blend of modalities – including Brainspotting therapy, Somatic Experiencing, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, hypnotherapy, and positive psychology. Each client is different, so the work is always tailored – meeting you where you are and supporting what you need most.
Much of my work centres around rebuilding self-worth, confidence, and emotional safety, especially for those who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, anxiety, or the aftereffects of trauma and narcissistic abuse.
When you start to feel safe in your body and at home in yourself, everything else begins to shift – from the inside out.
