1:1 Coaching and Mentoring

Whichever option you choose, I will be there every step of the way supporting and guiding you. Coaching is tailored to you individually but here is a flavour of some of the aspects I bring to my offering:

Somatic Healing and Brainspotting Therapy

I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore and process trauma. Understanding how trauma impacts emotional regulation, we work together to develop strategies for managing emotions, self-soothing, and handling triggers. Through somatic practices including Brainspotting Therapy, I support clients in releasing stored trauma, promoting healing and a sense of integration.

Positive Psychology focuses on human flourishing and how we can function at our best. Together, we’ll explore six key elements that contribute to living a happy, thriving life: positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, accomplishment, and health. We’ll look at how to bring these into your daily life, helping you create a more balanced and fulfilling way of living that supports your well-being and growth.

I guide you in strengthening the connection between your body and mind. By becoming more attuned to bodily sensations, emotions, and intuition, and understanding how the nervous system responds to stress and safety, you can make more informed decisions and live in alignment with your true needs and values. This awareness of the body and nervous system allows for greater clarity, self-care, and emotional resilience in navigating life’s challenges.

I work with you to cultivate self-love, compassion, and acceptance. I help you identify and break free from limiting beliefs, self-doubt, and patterns that hold you back from personal growth and empowerment. And we explore how to build a supportive, nurturing relationship with yourself, embracing both your strengths and vulnerabilities. This foundation of self-love is key to unlocking personal growth, deep healing, and living a more fulfilled life.

I collaborate with you to set meaningful, aligned goals and develop actionable steps to achieve them. Together, we ensure your goals reflect your values and aspirations, allowing you to move forward in a way that feels true to who you are. 

Option 1: 6-Session Coaching Package

  • 6 x 60-minute sessions
  • Integrates Brainspotting and/or Somatic Experiencing as needed
  • Designed to help you set goals, break through limiting beliefs, and gain clarity
  • To be used within a three month period

Option 2: 12-Session Coaching Package

  • 12 x 60-minute sessions
  • Integrates Brainspotting and/or Somatic Experiencing as needed
  • A deeper dive into long-term growth and transformation
  • To be used within a six-month period

Option 3: Trauma Unlocking VIP Day Experience

An exclusive, intensive experience for those looking for immediate breakthroughs or deep personal work. The day will be tailored to your specific needs. 

As a brand partner of the Mental Wellbeing Company, I am trained in a fantastic 1:1 coaching system which integrates Nervous System Mapping, attachment styles, Internal Family Systems parts mapping, Dreamlog, Inner Child work and more…together we’ll uncover what might be keeping you stuck, and put in place strategies to help you move forward.

  • Full-day Trauma Unlocking experience
  • Includes personalised work with the Trauma Unlocking Workbook
  • Can include Brainspotting and/or Somatic Experiencing as needed
  • In-Person (Shropshire): Room hire and lunch and refreshments included
  • Online: Full-day immersive experience (can be split over two days)

Option 4: SOS session

This option is a service for clients facing immediate challenges, needing clarity, or a specific breakthrough. Available as a stand-alone service for those who are feeling particularly stuck or overwhelmed and want a focused, high-impact session.
